Feeling very sick but when I met the doctor suddenly felt good ...

I've experienced it all ... 


December 2014 I joined GAI (some Anxiety group) and was able to learn more about my condition ... finding out the causes of my anxiety and trying to find solutions with the guidance of senior admins like other friends ...
Slowly I began to realize that the cause of my anxie was among others the wrong thinking pattern ...

From there I started trying to correct the mistakes that had happened ...
Finally, at the end of January 2015 I tried to learn sincerely to face the sensation for the sensation with my group friends as encouragement ...

I started applying positive thinking patterns by starting to be grateful for how many of Allah blessings has been lying to ... how stupid I am that has been wasting this short life in unwarranted anxiety ... while our life and death have become His provision
Why don't I live enjoying happiness with my small family and worship and get closer to Him as a provision for me to meet Him later ... if the anxiety and fear begin to approach ... I always try to be sincere and be kind to Allah ... and do not forget every day I always appreciate the countless favors of Him

Trying to explain what is not in line with my expectations because I am sure ... Allah'S PLAN WILL BE MORE BEAUTIFUL FOR ME AND THIS ILLNESS IS AN EXAMINATION THAT I AM NEVER CLOSING AGAIN AND BECOME A PERSONAL BETTER

Now I can go back to socializing without any sense ...
Hopefully all friends can also re-open themselves to socialize with the environment ...

DEFINITION:
Anxiety is actually a normal reaction to a stressful situation. But in some cases, it becomes excessive and can cause an irrational fear of something. Anxiety is different from phobia (phobia), because it is not specific to certain situations. Anxiety can attack anyone, at any time, with or without any reason.

CAUSATIVE FACTOR:

Through the theory of social cognitive learning, Bandura states that fear and anxiety are generated from negative self-expectations because they believe that they cannot overcome from potentially threatening situations for them.
